Bootcamp

Whether you’ve been training for years, or are just starting out, our bootcamp sessions cater for all fitness levels. The supportive environment challenges and inspires you to push your limits. Each day brings a different style of workout, including circuits, HIIT and power bar, with the overall goal of total-body conditioning.

Boxing

The Barn Gym boxing sessions focus on combining proper boxing technique with an emphasis on fitness. Paired with someone of a similar skill level, you’ll both have a shot at punching and padding for your partner. It is a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, leaving you invigorated and empowered.

Stretching

Unwind and relax your muscles in our stretch classes! These sessions improve your flexibility and melt away stress. They complement your other training by giving you a chance to stretch out any tightness or aches and pains you have.

Youth Classes

Our Youth classes pack a punch! They teach discipline and fitness to kids in a fun, safe environment. Based around boxing skills and fitness, but also combined with light weights for some strength and conditioning. Designed for kids aged 10-14 years old.

Personal Training

Get a workout tailored to your specific goals. With a focus on strength training, we adapt exercises to suit your individual needs, including working around injuries and other barriers.
