Our Story
In 2020, The Barn Gym found its roots on a spacious 8 acres in Cranbourne South. Embarking on the journey of creating The Barn Gym, Andy and Brit transformed old horse stables into a versatile place to exercise, combining both indoor and outdoor spaces to train. This allows training to be done beyond the walls of a gym, creating a welcoming environment that allows you to embrace the fresh air whilst exercising. The Barn Gym has evolved from offering only personal training and bootcamp classes, to now offering boxing, stretch and youth boxing classes as well.
Kid Friendly
At The Barn Gym, our mission is to ensure fitness is accessible to all, and we encourage parents to bring their children along. Our facility is equipped with outdoor play areas and an array of toys to keep the little ones engaged. However, the highlight for our young visitors is our friendly ponies they are able to interact with through the fence. For some, the excitement goes beyond observation, as kids often choose to join in on workouts alongside their parents. It’s not just about exercise; it’s about creating a love for a healthy lifestyle from a young age. Start those good habits early and let fitness become a family affair at The Barn Gym.

ANDY FORD
CO-OWNER & TRAINER
Andy has been a personal trainer for 8 years and has a background in the bodybuilding and powerlifting industry. He has a strong passion for combining exercise with mental health and will work with you to improve your mindset in all aspects of your life!
BRIT GIBBON
CO-OWNER & TRAINER
Brit has been a personal trainer for 8 years and aims to help you increase your strength and fitness whilst having fun along the way! She is currently studying to be a naturopath, so expect to get some tips and tricks about improving your overall health!
KEN DICKERSON
TRAINER
Ken has been a personal trainer for 15 years and has a background in a diverse range of martial arts. He has a special interest in improving your overall wellbeing through exercise accompanied with mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques!
